We are based in Sweden and ship to all EU countries and UK from our webshop. If you are in a non-EU country we can arrange for you to place an order, just let us know and we will add shipping options for you.

Please note that any import taxes or duties that might occur when ordering to non-EU countries from EU are buyers responsibility and not included in the listed price.

Orders are prepared for shipping within 2 working days. Below is estimated delivery times for different locations after shipping, note that this is an estimate and can vary.

Within EU there are no import taxes or duties.

For non-EU countries import taxes or duties might occur and are not included in the price. It is the buyers responsibility to learn the information and details about importing goods to their country including possible taxes.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item as by law.

Items has to be in the same condition as you received them - unworn, with all parts (if the product comes as set) and with the original tags and packaging. After the return has been collected and approved by us the refund is handled within 5 working days and issued with the same payment method used for purchased. Note that your bank or card can have a few days processing time to return the payment to your account.

Refund for items returned with traces of wear, scents, stains or missing parts will be refused. Be mindful of this and send the items back in the same condition as you would like to receive them in.

To return an item, send an email to info@ellematelier.com and you will be sent a return adress. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer (you), always send with traceable shipping and keep the receipt as proof of shipping.

Did you receive a damaged or faulty item? Contact us at info@ellematerier.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will solve the issue!

Note that some materials are more sensitive than others (especially lace and rhinestones) and could possibly be snagged or damaged more easily. Be mindful of this and wear and wash with caution, we recommend handwash in cool/lukewarm water. Wear and tear to material is not considered a flaw or reason for return.

• Linen

A natural textured fiber that is pleasant against skin and has excellent temperature regulating properties. The highly breathable fabric keeps you cool in summer while the hollow fibers retains heat and makes it surprisingly warm in winter. Linen makes clothes soft, strong and fast drying - ideal for everyday wear.

• Cotton

One of the most used fabrics in clothing for good reasons. Cotton is very comfortable and soft against skin, ideal for those with sensitive skin or allergies. The strong fibers are easycare and holds up well over time, while still being biodegradable. Cotton absorbs moisture well and is highly breathable, allowing air to circulate freely.

• Tencel

Silky smooth and gentle on sensitive skin. Moves moisture away from the skin and prevent bacterial growth making it ideal for hot climates while keeping you warm in winter thanks to its thermoregulating fibers. Strong and resistant to pilling while keeping the softness making it ideal for people with sensitive skin.

• Polyester

Some of the benefits of polyester includes durability, resistance to stretching/shrinking, and being quick-drying. It is also wrinkle- and stain resistant. It's a versatile and easy care synthetic fabric which requires low maintenance.

Designs with any type of lace, embellishment or delicate details can be more sensitive than others (especially lace and rhinestones) and could possibly be snagged or damaged more easily. Be mindful of this and wear and wash with caution, we recommend handwash in cool/lukewarm water.

Abayas made in chiffon or linen blend can be washed in cool or lukewarm water (30°C), use a gentle machine cykle and a mild detergent made for delicate fibers.

We recommend steaming your items if wrinkles occur. Steaming is a gentle way to remove wrinkles and refresh items, it is also effective for killing bacteria and remove smell.
